CBD living optimises lifestyles, not car storage. One basement bay rarely tolerates the dead Corolla cohabitating with a rideshare weekend vehicle. Short leases, international departures and company fleets create continuous inventory that strata committees notify beyond polite conversation. Free cash collection timed to tower loading rules is faster — and quieter — than arguing with City of Perth varnish about street shells.

That’s our CBD core job. Send bay number, height limit and access hours. Many towers accept mid-morning load outs — we aim same or next day from Bellevue.
Common. Non-runners still pay for complete small cars often in the $150–$1,500 band. Transfer papers + passport timing handled carefully so flights still leave.
Move to a legal pickup point if possible or call immediately. We coordinate legal load spots; once impound happens options shrink and fees climb.
Around 20–25 minutes depending on freeway traffic. Early bookings dodge peak CBD freights and Arena hiccups.
