Eden Hill's 3,700 residents live in 1950s–70s Bassendean brick homes on generous blocks. With 40.7% of people having both parents born overseas and a median age of 38, vehicle sales follow estates, overseas departures and family upgrades. Bellevue is 10 minutes via Beechboro Road North, so same-day collection from Walter Road East or Lord Street driveways is straightforward — act before Bassendean's abandoned-vehicle window ends in impound fees.
