North Fremantle’s postcard beaches write slow damage into steel. Salt settles on parked cars even when garaged loosely; wheels pit; trays freckle. Combine that with 36% apartment living and a nearly-50 median age and you get basements full of cars that haven’t earned their insurance. Free cash pickup timed off jump weekends at Leighton ends the slow bleed without a DIY coastal wrecker drive.
