Owning a car in the Perth CBD is increasingly expensive and unnecessary. With free CAT buses covering the city, trains running from Elizabeth Quay and Perth stations, and ride-sharing everywhere, many CBD apartment residents have a car sitting unused in their building's carpark — costing them $30–$50 a day in parking fees. If your vehicle has been collecting dust in a Wellington Street, Murray Street or St Georges Terrace apartment complex while you catch the train to work, we'll buy it today and free up that expensive spot permanently. We handle all the logistics, including coordinating with building management for loading dock access.

Yes — most CBD apartment complexes on Wellington Street, Murray Street and St Georges Terrace have visitor parking or loading zones where we can load. If your complex has height restrictions in the underground carpark, we'll bring our low-profile trailer instead of the full-size tow truck. We just need you to arrange access with building management beforehand.
That's actually one of the most common situations in the CBD. If your car has been sitting unused — whether it's in a residential parking bay, apartment complex or commercial lot — we'll buy it and free up that space. Many CBD residents have discovered that CAT buses and the train network make a second car completely unnecessary.
We know the CBD inside out. Our drivers use Graham Farmer Freeway for east access, and we time pickups during off-peak hours (typically 10am-2pm) to avoid the worst traffic on St Georges Terrace and Wellington Street. For apartment pickups, we coordinate with building management for loading dock access.
Yes — we handle all DOT transfer paperwork for unregistered vehicles anywhere in Perth. If your CBD car has lapsed registration, we'll buy it as-is and tow it away. You just need to show proof of ownership — no current rego or roadworthy required.
