Waterford is Curtin University’s riverside neighbour in the City of South Perth — 2,460 residents, high international-student share (~30% Chinese ancestry), Irish-named streets, units around Waterford Plaza. End-of-semester hatchbacks, unregistered carport cars on Cashel Way and Elderfield Road, and river humidity sacrificial amperage keep us busy. Free same-day tow from Bellevue, cash on the spot, no roadworthy required.
