Living on top of Crown Perth and Optus Stadium means lifestyle lifts and parking stress. Single basement bays don’t care about dual-car habits, and fixture nights make verges unforgiving. Unregistered bay cars risk body-corp letters faster than outer suburbs. If your spare hatch became stadium furniture, cash removal timed between events is cheaper than towing fines and weekly parking burns.

Immobile complete cars still pay for parts. Battery-dead Corollas and i30s commonly still clear $200–$1,500 depending on year and completeness.
