Rivervale is densifying fast along Great Eastern Highway — apartments, bus routes to the Airport Line, Burswood next door. Full-size tow trucks don't fit most basements, and many households no longer need a second car. When the basement height is tight, a tenant's car is abandoned, or the second hatchback is surplus, we bring the low-profile trailer, pay cash, and handle the paperwork — often within the hour from Bellevue.
