East Victoria Park densified faster than its parking. Albany Highway apartments, character-home dual occupancies, and share houses all compete for the same limited driveway and street bays — so any car that doesn't run becomes a shared problem in one week flat. Property managers, body corps and parking inspectors all have short leashes. Clearing a non-running car the same day is often the difference between an easy lease handover and weeks of follow-up notices. That's where we come in.

Yes mainly. Most East Vic Park apartment blocks have visitor bays or loading zones we can use. Height-restricted basements just need a heads-up so we bring the low trailer. For strip parks near restaurants, morning slots beat the after-work rush.
Yes. Expired-lease clearances with unregistered cars are weekly work for us in East Vic Park. We handle the DOT paper, pay what the car is worth as parts/scrap or resale, and remove it so the property manager has an empty bay for bond return.
About 18 minutes. East Vic Park, Carlisle and Lathlain are on the same southeast circuit. Call before 11am and same-day is the norm, six days a week.
If you still own the car (not a total loss assigned to the insurer), yes — residual body value plus mechanical value often exceeds what an insurer attributes to scrap. We'll inspect and give a cash figure. If ownership has already transferred to the insurer, we can't buy it from you.
